I've worked on a warehouse execution system doing 5–10M requests a day for global retail and manufacturing, and a telecom platform serving 30M+ subscribers at 10–15M requests a day. I've migrated messaging infrastructure from ActiveMQ to NATS, refactored monoliths into event-driven services, and spent more nights than I'd like debugging concurrency and idempotency under real load.

That experience taught me one thing: most migrations fail not because the technology is hard, but because nobody mapped the terrain first. So that's what I do — I map the terrain, then help you cross it safely.
